  My friends and I are on a road trip this week. After a long drive from the New Orleans area, we decided it was time for lunch. We had a hankering for something good, so we collectively decided: I'm thinking Arby's. But much to our dismay, we should have thought differently. I usually don't write negative reviews of restaurants, but we had a particularly bad experience at this Arby's. The front register employee was talking to someone on his Bluetooth device while he was taking my friend's order and wasn't paying much attention while the order was being placed. When we received our food, the sandwiches looked as if they had been thrown together without any care whatsoever. The cheddar was mostly on the wrapper instead of on the sandwich. It was a "hot" mess! The ham melt was made incorrectly. The restaurant overall was not very clean, and the bathroom could use some help, as there wasn't a working soap dispenser to be seen. Rather, a giant bottle of Walmart Equate soap for refills was perched on the sink, like it owned the place. To make matters worse, the gentleman in line behind me had a lovely aroma of monster BO. Beef and cheddar tastes so much better when accompanied by such a malodorous funk. Overall, run far and fast from this fast food joint. It's not worth your time or heartache.
