  Waiter told us they didn't have a particular entree, we had to change our order. When we got up to leave someone had just received that entree. I requested a manager.... he said it was a prepping issue. He was very unconcerned..

  Efficiency and customer service are only mentioned here because they were certainly not present inn the restaurant this evening. My wife and I stopped in for a coffee and dessert. Sitting in the bar area, we were approached promptly by the 'bartender' and I ordered coffee for us both. Coffee was brought out without any sweetener or creamer, so we asked for it. The bartender went straight behind the bar and started mixing cold drinks for other guests. Now I do know that I am not the only person in the place. At the time there were two men at one other table just sitting down. I had to ask three other employees before getting the cream and sweetener, and then had to track down spoons to sit with. One of which was apparently the manager who acted put out from the start. The cheesecake was pleasant...

  I have always loved this place... Not for the Buffalo roll ups (that are discontinued now), or the steaks, or even the cheesecakes. It is the biscuits... They are from heaven. Its a must stop by for a Louisiana chain.
