  I liked the quick service but the cook was slow the poor buffet needed help so I tried the menu. Majorly understaffed.

  As a professional driver i am forced to tolerate the low quality over priced fare offered at Iron Stomachs all over the United States. One thing you can rest assured on is that you will be politely served the most low quality, preprocessed food in the industry today. Fortunately they still serve real eggs, so that is your best choice of you have no other food options available to you. The meat is lowest serving grade possible, especially the steaks, stay far away from their breakfast sausage which is still some unidentifiable grey meat substance. All of their dinner products are precooked in a food commissary ànd then warmed and served to you, with the exception of their nasty, frozen salt solution filled meats. The salad bar is also a disgraceful serving of low quality greens and vegetables and their soup taste like somebody mixed salt with steam table water and then swept the kitchen into the pot. I would score them a zero but that would be unfair to the tolerant and often enjoyable characters that work for this pathetic, profit driven corporation which obviously cares nothing about the drivers, travelers and local customers it serves on a daily basis.

  Last night 09/24/2016 my husband and I suggested to our friends to eat at the iron skillet. Everyone except for me ate buffet. I ordered a sausage omelet with pepper jack cheese. It took them over 25 minutes to cook it. When I finally received my food, everyone was finished eating. When I got to the middle of my omelet there was a cheese wrapper in it. I let the waitress know and she was apologetic. She told her manager and he took the omelet off our ticket but he was very rude. He told me sorry about that from over the wall instead of coming to me personally to apologize. The waitress was awesome! But the wait time and the food was horrible! My husband and I apologized to our friends for even suggesting to eat there

  I had a wonderful experience.Salad bar was closed,but a gentleman named Darren fixed me a wonderful salad truly impressed.would recommend to anyone
